Description
In talking to veterinarians, I’m increasingly finding that liver flukes are more widely distributed than is the traditional thought of the deep south and pacific northwest. Pockets of liver fluke infestations exist smack dab in the middle of the country, so it’s worth knowing when to be suspicious of them. I’ll cover what you need to know about the common flukes, as well as the clostridial diseases they help induce. I’ll also include some commentary on sheep, goats and camelids.
