In this session, we will review the pathophysiology of coccidia infection, diagnostic test interpretation and challenges, and treatment options for cattle, sheep, goats, and camelids. We will discuss strategies for drug use and environmental intervention to control and prevent disease. Sequelae of coccidiosis will also be discussed, including nervous coccidiosis.
