Are you headed down the road to joint replacement? I had a total knee replacement in 2022 and I’m here to share my tips for getting through surgery and the post-op period. I’ll discuss things I did and wish I had done pre-op and what to expect on surgery day. I’ll share what the early recovery and physical therapy was like and things to think about when going back to work! I can’t give you medical advice, but I can give you my perspective as a food animal veterinarian undergoing joint replacement and what it was like getting back to full action!
